SurePayroll is a FinTech company operating in the payroll and HR solutions industry, providing services to small and mid-size businesses in need of payroll management and related financial and HR services.

As VP of Product at SurePayroll, I established a payroll engine product team, achieving a 30% increase in net clients and driving revenue growth to $78 million. I accelerated client growth through efficient onboarding and 3rd party integrations, enhancing sales of ancillary products and services. I implemented AI chat solutions, improved customer experience with frequent usability enhancements, and managed risk. I developed new market segments, all while overseeing P&L, coaching, and introducing innovative talent acquisition strategies, including a "Coffee & Data" culture and AB testing processes.
