I served as Sr. Product Manager Mobile at CareerBuilder, specializing in B2C job seeker/talent acquisition platform and solutions. I rapidly advanced to manage job seeker mobile products and orchestrated the development of a career-navigation app. My tenure involved transitioning our platform to AWS cloud, optimizing it for a global audience, and employing prototyping and AB testing techniques to increase daily job seeker applications from 10k to 160k. I played a pivotal role in boosting HRIS sales and revenue to $35 million, earning three corporate Innovation Awards, and implementing a global mobile product strategy across diverse international teams.
