Its platform serves as a one-stop shop for comparing service providers, plans, and pricing options, making it easier for customers to find and set up their preferred services. Allconnect holds partnerships with major service providers, simplifying the process of home services selection and connection. In September 2017, Red Ventures, a leading digital consumer choice platform, announced the acquisition of Allconnect.


I served as Digital Product Director at Allconnect, driving significant cost savings and efficiency improvements. I led the transition of 50+ client-branded e-commerce sites to an in-house SaaS .Net platform, reducing operating costs by 30%. I introduced a lean strategy, boosting project delivery speed, and partnered with an SEM/SEO expert to cut annual costs by $700K. Notably, I enhanced mobile checkout conversion rates by 50% through lean prototyping and AB testing. I also steered the shift from the waterfall to an agile framework and initiated the company's first customer call center A/B test.
